1. Access the portal via the URL that was provided to you
2. Enter your username/password
3. You will be presented with your user dashboard.
   1. You will only have access to the Extensions or ring groups that have been assigned to you. If you need additional access, please contact us.
4. From here you can manage a number of areas
   1. Voicemail
   2. Call Forward
   3. Follow Me
   4. Do Not Disturb
   5. Call Block
   6. Call Detail Records (CDR)
   7. Conference Center
